The ACFSJ offers you an afternoon of family climbing on Sunday, December 13 at Wallnuts Center.

  • Who: Activity open to everyone from 19 years old.

  • When you register, we will send you a form to complete and submit before showing up for the climbing session. wherever possible to reduce non-essential use of changing rooms.

Important : Climbing shoes will be provided. Bring comfortable sports clothing and a bottle of water.

Operation during Covid-19: Wearing a mask is required in the gym at all times. Wallnuts staff ask guests to arrive prepared to climb where possible to reduce non-essential use of locker rooms

Climbing – Training, Benefits, Risks

Traditional climbing. It is practiced on natural routes that are poorly equipped with the exception of a few removable belay points. The climber must himself place the additional protection he deems necessary in cracks, holes or around lunules and trees. This type of climbing is mainly practiced in the mountains on sites classified by the French Mountain and Climbing Federation.
