LEARNING FRENCH WITH THE ACFSJ –
Are you looking to improve your knowledge, acquire basic comprehension or simply explore the wonders of the French language?
For an assessment and further information on the A1 French programme, we recommend contacting Camilla Stoodley (French Course Coordinator) on 709-689-0439 or at the address [email protected].
She can do a quick test over the phone and will tell you if this program is suitable for your level of French. You can also ask them questions about the course schedule.
How to enrol on our French courses

- 255$ (book + taxes)
- 10$ discount for students
- 10$ reduction for teachers
- 15$ discount if you are a member of the ACFSJ.
Cancellations & Refund
- We undertake to reimburse
- 50% of the amount paid if you cancel your enrolment at the end of the enrolment period, i.e. on (Until April 26, 2024).
- 50% of the amount paid if you cancel your enrolment at the end of the enrolment period, i.e. on (Second week from the start of classes).Until May 14, 2024
- No refunds are possible after the second day of classes, i.e. the week (Second week from the start of classes) – Until May 14, 2024
- No refunds are possible unless the course is cancelled by the ACFSJ due to a lack of registrations or for any other reason.
- Payments must be received within 24 hours of registration. No registration is valid without payment.
- The ACFSJ will cancel your registration after this 24-hour period without payment.
- The ACFSJ offers French courses from Beginner 1 to Advanced Conversation level during the autumn, winter and spring, subject to registration..

- The small class size encourages learning, and the atmosphere there facilitates exchanges between teachers and students.
