Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day 2026: a Francophone celebration in Saint-Jean
The Saint-Jean Francophone Community Association (ACFSJ), in partnership with the Fédération des francophones de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador (FFTNL), invites the public to celebrate Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day on June 24, 2026 during a festive day celebrating Francophone culture.
Musical evening at Bannerman Brewing Co.
The celebrations will continue from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. At Bannerman Brewing Co. (90 Duckworth Street, Saint-Jean).
Spectators will be able to attend performances by:
- Effie Penn
- Adrian House
Free snacks will be offered to participants, while drinks will be available for purchase on site.
A party open to all
Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day is an opportunity to celebrate the French language, Francophone culture, and the diversity that enriches our community. Whether you are a Francophone, a Francophile, or simply curious to discover French culture in Newfoundland and Labrador, you are warmly invited to participate in this day of celebration.
Entry is free and everyone is welcome.
