The ACFSJ offers a soccer and badminton activity in French! This activity is aimed at players who play for passion, regardless of their level.
Soccer, a team and wellness sport
Soccer is a team sport that fosters self-esteem, team spirit, and healthy competition. It develops both individual and team qualities. Playing soccer makes you feel better about yourself... and others! It's also a fun, shared experience, and a true spectacle to experience together.

Why play badminton?
Badminton is a dynamic, all-round sport accessible to all. It exercises the body and mind, while also providing a great opportunity to socialize. Easy to play, it requires little equipment, yet requires endurance, coordination, and strategy.

Activities will resume from Thursday, September 18, 2025 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Concept & Practice
The concept of these practices is to:

- Fencourage friendly play between players.

- Chelp newcomers develop their social ties,

- Ooffer a new fun activity to French speakers and;

- Chelp everyone to be in good physical health
Practice :

- The practices take place at Center Des Grands-Vents (in case of bad weather the activity is cancelled)

- Equipment : indoor sports shoes required. Bring your gear!

- Who: Members of the ACFSJ (14 years and over).

- Cost: Free for members - when registering you can choose to make a
- Contribution of 15$ to support the program.
