In order to be able to register children in one of our youth programs we need to collect certain personal information.
- Attention!!! This step takes about 5 to 10 minutes to complete and you will only have to complete it once.
- This system is designed to be able to check on our database if you are already there.
- If you are not there the system will create a contact.
- If you are there the system will find a match and you will be able to make updates there.
- In both (2) cases the system will take you to the larger information form for registering for youth programs.
