Nous acceptons les modes de paiement suivants sur ce site :

Lorsque vous nous fournissez vos renseignements de paiement, vous nous confirmez que vous avez autorisé l’utilisation et l’accès à l’instrument de paiement que vous avez choisi d’utiliser. En nous fournissant vos détails de paiement, vous confirmez que vous nous autorisez à facturer le montant dû à cet instrument de paiement.
Si nous estimons que votre paiement a violé une loi ou l’une de nos conditions d’utilisation, nous nous réservons le droit d’annuler votre transaction.

Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds
- 70 % of the amount paid will be refunded if you cancel your registration during the registration period.
- 50 % of the amount paid will be refunded if you cancel your registration at the end of the registration period (i.e. during the first week of activities).
- No refund will not be granted after the second week from the start of activities.
- Registrations made on site (during the first session) are not refundable.
Cancellations by the ACFSJ
- If a season (fall, winter or spring) is cancelled by the ACFSJ due to lack of registrations or for any other reason, a full refund will be made.
Payment Terms
- Payments must be received within 24 hours following registration. No registration will be considered valid without payment.
- The ACFSJ reserves the right to cancel your registration if payment is not made within this time frame.

Registration method
At the end of each month, parents choose the days they wish to use the after-school services. An invoice will then be automatically generated, corresponding to the number of days selected. This selection can only be modified during the current period by email.
For example, if you register your child for the following days: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, this represents three days of the week. If, on Tuesday, October 15, your child cannot stay, you can inform us directly. However, if this choice has already been selected, it is imperative to inform us as well as the school. –
Example :
- Number of weeks in October : October has 4 full weeks plus 2 days (October 1st and 2nd, which are a Sunday and a Monday).
- Days listed per week : 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
- Cost per day : 11 €.
Calculation :
- Total number of days in October :
- 4 weeks × 3 days = 12 days
- Total amount :
- 12 days × €11 = €132
So, for the month of October, the bill for extracurricular services would amount to 132 €.
Cancellations by the ACFSJ
If a day is cancelled by the ACFSJ (pedagogical day or closure of the Centre) or for any other reason, such as bad weather, a full refund will be made. Parents will also be informed by email.

Cancelation
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- 15 working days notice : No cancellation fees.
- 5 working days notice : 50 % of the rental amount.
- 2 business days notice : Total rental amount.
Example : If you have a reservation for Wednesday, July 31, you must cancel by Wednesday, July 10 to avoid a fee. If the cancellation is made between July 10 and July 26, you will be charged 50 % of the reservation amount. Any cancellation made after July 29 (inclusive) will incur a fee equal to the full amount.

The ACFSJ does not offer any reimbursement for the following services:
- Membership
- Concerts
- Sales (hats, greeting cards)
- Paid workshops, etc.
