Cancellations & Refunds
We undertake to reimburse:

• 70 % of the amount paid if you cancel your registration during the registration period.
• 50 % of the amount paid if you cancel your registration at the end of the registration period, i.e. the second week after the start of the courses.
• No refund is possible after the second day of classes, i.e. after the second week of the start of classes.

No refunds are possible unless the course is cancelled by the ACFSJ due to a lack of registrations or for any other reason.

Payments must be received within 24 hours of registration. No registration is valid without payment.
The ACFSJ will cancel your registration after this 24-hour period without payment.
