Our youth program offers stimulating and enriching activities adapted to each age group. With our different courses, day camps and sports activities, your children will have fun every time!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yoga has been proven for a long time. And what is good for adults is certainly good for children. Of course, like many sports, it improves physical health, but its\u00a0benefits<\/a>\u00a0go beyond this aspect. It also has a considerable impact on mental health.
Yoga offers children a space where they are welcomed for who they are. They can be themselves and become aware of their emotions and feelings. They learn to breathe and calm down; they work on postures that improve their concentration. These are just a few elements that should be part of basic learning, for everyone, both young and old.

The principles of combat are universal! Learn real-world techniques, apply them in your LED lightsaber training and duels. Children and teens will start with the two-handed LED lightsaber, and then progress to using the one-handed LED lightsabers. How can I encourage my children to be active?<\/strong><\/p>Updated: June 2018<\/strong>
It is mainly thanks to you that your children learn what a healthy active life is. Participate in regular physical activities as a family and eat healthily. It's easier when these habits are part of the whole family's routine. Choose activities that are appropriate for your children's age and stage of development. Allow plenty of time for your children to participate in structured activities like organized sports and unstructured activities like playing at the park. Plan fun activities. Adolescents crave independence and will want to do things on their own. Encourage them to go for a walk or ride a bike with their friends.
