Impact on Seniors 50+ \u2013 October 2026<\/h1>

A varied program for people aged 50 and over: well-being, outings, culture and social gatherings.<\/p>

Health & Well-being \u2014 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.:<\/strong>
October 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, 14, 16, 19, 21, 22, 23, 26, 28 and 30.<\/p>

October 6<\/strong> \u2014 Lunch at a Japanese restaurant, 12 p.m. (contribution from $10)
October 10<\/strong> \u2014 Trip to Ferryland (contribution by $10)
October 13<\/strong> \u2014 Lunch for the 50+ age group, 11:30 a.m.
October 15<\/strong> \u2014 Trip to the chocolate factory
October 20<\/strong> \u2014 Book club, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
October 27<\/strong> \u2014 Communal kitchen
October 29<\/strong> \u2014 Seniors Committee Meeting, 11 a.m.<\/p>

The Resourceful Lunch<\/strong> is an opportunity to get together, to exchange ideas in French and to create links within the community over a good meal.
As part of the program Impact on Seniors 50+<\/strong>, The meetings take place in a friendly atmosphere at the Centre des Grands-Vents.<\/p>
