What is it?

LA PRESSE DE SIMON DIOTTE Published on 04 October 2012

Hybrid between dance and aerobics, zumba combines the movements of both to create an exercise session that tones all muscles, to the sound of Latin music. The reason for its success: its very playful side. Participants let themselves be carried away by the music and choreography, forgetting that they are undergoing intense training.

What is it ?

Yoga is the practice of a set of postures and breathing exercises that aims to bring physical and mental well-being. this ancient art of living as explained in the texts is revealed as an initiatory path that transcends the physical discipline. The first references on yoga can be found in Patanjali's yoga sutra written about 200 years before our era. This book understands the foundation of the philosophy of yoga and its possible application in all spheres of our lives.
