Recipe of the week: BLUEBERRY PIE

BLUEBERRY PIE

INGRÉDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
    Blueberry PieBlueberry Pie1/4 cup flour
    4 cups fresh blueberries
    4 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoon lemon zest pie crust

Préparation:

STEP 1

Spread the dough in the pie plate and stir in the blueberries.

STEP 2

Mix the flour and sugar in a small bowl. Add it all over the blueberries.

STEP 3

Sprinkle with lemon zest and add butter.

STEP 4

Spread the pie dough and make openings with a knife to let steam escape.

STEP 5

Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes, then reduce to 400°F for about 30 minutes.
