Expedition What is a sled ' La traînière in french'?

'Boat traditionally used for net fishing trawling along the Basque coast, it was formerly built of wood. Today, this hull twelve meters long, has been converted into a racing boat. She is propelled by thirteen rowers sitting on fixed benches, and is directed by a helmsman standing in the back'.

*Caroline Richter-Bonini : Originally from Paris, Caroline Richter-Bonini is a jack of all trades and a very passionate person. After more than 10 years in communication, she began a career in journalism and then in the production of reports including the group France Televisions. With her experience, she starts from 2016, a new challenge by making her first documentary around the 2017 Ternua expedition.

** Noël Fagoaga: Originally from Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle in the Basque Country, Noël Fagoaga emigrated to Canada in the spring of 2011 before deciding to settle in Quebec by resuming his studies and changing his type of professional activities. In 2013, he invested for the first time at Euskaldunak Québec (the home of the Basques of Quebec in Montreal) by participating in the implementation of the Indianoak 2013 expedition which arrived in Montreal .In the summer of 2017, he participated in the new 2017 Ternua expedition by rowing for more than 25 days alongside twenty rowers from the Basque Country, Newfoundland and St. Pierre and Miquelon.
